I am in the process of interviewing vendors that I will feel good about referring to my clients. Featured vendors will include lenders, title companies, insurance companies, inspectors, termite inspectors, carpet installers, home repair, etc. Only vendors that are dedicated to excellence in their trade will be exposed on my web site. I am doing thorough reference checks in addition to my own "gut feeling" checks. I want only to refer vendors whose philosophy and actions match my own.
